~Shukumei~ CHANGEofFATE's Dynamis Linkshell Funding and Dynamis Currency Sponsorship represents a SIGNIFICANT investment on behalf of the entire LS, so it will be handled delicately. Here's how it will work: 1) If you would like to sponsor, let an officer know - we will discuss and confirm that you're eligible. Confirmation will be subjective, but based on: regular attendance, general usefulness of your relic weapon (sorry club =/), your dedication to the LS, and how many other current sponsors we have. 2) Confirmed sponsors will take turns posting the $1million gil purchase price for the hourglass each dynamis day. If you cannot afford it or choose not to sponsor that particular day, your turn is skipped, and you are not eligible to sponsor again until your name comes back up on the list. 3) Officers will continue to choose what dynamis zones we will be doing each day. Differing amounts of currency drop in each zone, and sponsors will not have the option of picking and choosing which zones to sponsor. If you choose to pass or are not attending on the day your name comes up, you have to wait a full cycle before getting another chance. 4) Only singles and 100s will be given to sponsors. All coins will all be held in trust on the LS bank mule until enough have been gathered to perform an upgrade, at which time they will be given to the appropriate person. 5) If a sponsor quits the game, leaves the LS, or decides to stop sponsoring, their assigned currency will be reassigned to other active sponsors and they will not be refunded any sponsorship fees. 6) All details around sponsoring, including who sponsored each run, and how much currency is held in trust for each sponsor will be posted on a public forum thread located here. Points and How They Are Distributed How You Get Them Every member automatically gets 90 free points on their first run. From there on out, members will receive 30 points for every Dynamis run they attend. If they leave early for any reason, they will only recieve 15 points for that specific run. In addition there is a 15 point bonus for all members who are at the hourglass trade point on time and who stay until time runs out or the drop your hourglass call is made. Excessive d/c-ing or afk-ing will result in no bonus. How You Can Spend Them Following are the things you can spend points on during a dynamis run: AF2 Lotting on any piece of AF2 will cost you points. Lotting on any piece of AF2 that drops will cost you a minimum of 120 points if set as your primary lot choice (see below). Synthesis Materials Lotting Synthesis Materials will always cost you 60 point, unless you have either A.) Already received your jobs' AF2 for that area, or B.) Your jobs' AF2 does not drop from that area. Sponsorship / Coins Only the confirmed sponsor who is sponsoring the current run will select this option. As the sponsor will be obtaining all of the currency from the run, this will be their lot choice for that run. Declaring AF2 Lot Choice We ask that everyone declare their primary and secondary AF2 job choices they will be lotting here. Once you have selected a job choice you will be locked in to that job's AF2 until the set is complete or until you switch your lot choice (see below). Switching AF2 Lot Choice If you at any time decide to switch what jobs' AF you would like to lot without already finishing the city set, you will be charged 150 points. In the event that you have finished the city set, no fee will apply. If you wish to change your AF lot chioce, then please request to do so here. This change can only be made once during a 3 month period. Meaning, you will not be allowed to change this for another 3 months, so please think carefully before you commit to this. Search Comments At the beginning of every Dynamis event you will be asked to make a 3 line search comment for yourself stating the following information: Line 1: Your current AF2 job selections (note primary and secondary) Line 2: The current number of points that you have (Dynamis DKP) Line 3: What you will be lotting on for that dynamis run (see options below) It has come up where people have set their selection to something other than AF even though they did not have the AF for that particular area. It makes little sense to have a piece of AF auto-lot to someone who will in all probability end up tossing it. If your lot choice is set to something other than AF, a piece drops that is not needed by anyone else with that job selection and you are told that you can bid on the AF, your lot selection is now changed to AF. So, even if your comment was set to synthesis materials, if you win this AF and you may no longer lot any additional synthesis materials. Lotting Guidelines and Rules Your choices for every run are one of the following: AF2, Synthesis Materials, Sponsorship/Single Coin (sponsors only), or Not Lotting Lotting AF2 In order to be able to lot on AF2, you must have previously declared your job AF2 choices. After choosing which your primary and secondary job lot choice are, you cannot switch until you either A.) Successfully recieve all 3 city pieces. or B.) Pay the Point Cost of switching. Primary AF2 choices are a minimum of 120 points each and Secondary AF2 choices are a minium of 90 points each. Lotting Synthesis Materials Choosing Synthesis Materials enables you to lot... well, Synthesis Materials, lol (Giant Frozen Head, Colossal Skull, ect.). Lotting these will be free of cost if you have either A.) Already received your jobs' AF2 for that area, or B.) Your jobs' AF2 does not drop from that area. Otherwise, you will be charged 60 point to lot all synthesis material drops. Sponsorship / Coins The sponsor for the run must select this option and all of the currency dropped from the run will be held in trust on the LS bank mule until enough have been gathered to perform an upgrade, at which time they will be given to the appropriate person. Not Lotting Well, you choose not to lot on anything. How We Decide Who Lots On What After an AF2 drops, all members interested in lotting that specific piece will be asked to give the designated officer a /tell in-game. Each tell must consist of: which item you are wanting to bid on, what your primary and secondary choices are that have been listed on the forum and, how many points you wish to spend for the item. Lotting Tier 1 – Members with AF set in their search comment that have the job selected as their Primary (main) Job Choice (120 points minimum) 2 – Members with AF set in their search comment that have the job selected as their Secondary Job Choice (90 points minimum) 3 – Members with AF set in their search comment that have the job 70+ (60 points minimum) 4 – Members who have something other than AF in their search comment but have the AF as the Primary Job Choice (120 points minimum) – their lot choice now becomes AF 5 – Members who have something other than AF in their search comment but have the AF as the Secondary Job Choice (90 points minimum) – their lot choice now becomes AF 6 – Members that have the job 70+ (60 points minimum) 7 – Members that have the job 60+ (60 points minimum) 8 – Members that have the job leveled at all (60 points minimum) 9 – AF2 will auto-lot (0 points) The member with the highest bid in the same tier will be guaranteed the drop. In the event of a tie, both members will be able to lot. In the event that two people want the same piece of AF2, but only one is the correct level to equip it, it will be given to the member with the appropriate job level, regardless of points. |
